"Oh come let us sing to the Lord! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. For the Lord is the great God"
Psalm 95:1-3a, NKJV
At Calvary Chapel North Bay, we believe that we were created to worship God. The Westminister Shorter Catechism asks the question, "What is the chief and highest end of man?" They answer that question, "The chief and highest end of man is to worship God and to enjoy Him forever." We are in whole-hearted agreement with them. We were created to worship God.
At Calvary Chapel North Bay, it is our desire to worship God in all things and at all times. We call this "lifestyle worship". It is our desire to worship Him with our very lives, in every situation and intention of our hearts.
One of the many aspects of "lifestyle worship" is corporately worshipping God in song. At Calvary Chapel, we use a unique blend of traditional hymns, contemporary Christian music, and original songs to worship Him. We believe that worship should not be a rote action, but instead should be sincere, geniune, and personal. We desire for God to be worshipped in Spirit and in truth.
Won't you come out and worship with us?
