Prayer

"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your request be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
Philippians 4:6-7, NKJV

Prayer is not a monologue (unless, of course, God is speaking!) Prayer is meant to be a dialogue. It involves us both listening and speaking. A true person of God is a person of prayer. We are also exhorted to 'pray without ceasing' (1 Thessalonians 5:17). We need to pray for one another.

We are committed to prayer here at Calvary Chapel North Bay, much as the apostolic church was in the book of Acts.
